Website Updated (Finally) - Post issues here

Guys, need your help.   Just updates the site.  Miraculously we came through the other end virtually unscathed.  I realize we're missing a few blocks on the front page. Does anyone else see anything wrong?

Apparently only admin can't see the blocks.  Disregard that. Any other issues?

Ray identified a problem with the avatar function.   I'll try to get to it in the next week.
