I just got it all installed.
The shock was rebult with a new Eibach spring. In the front I installed new springs and 5wt. Showa fork oil. The new springs are 1.0kg/m the stock ones are .66kg/m. I went with their recommendation, but was afraid that the front might be too stiff. I just took the bike out and it felt plush! I know its not set up right. I will have to wait for a trackday for that.
Not too hard of a job, just time consuming. There is a lot to take off to get the forks out. The old oil was nasty! It didn't even resemble what I put back in. Hopefully, I will be able to feel more comfortable on the bike now.
