My seat lock turns, but no cable pop. any ideas?

The cable probably came off which means you are F...d. I think you will have to take the whole undertail off.
Push start the bike, its easy on an F4i, take it up to Robert.

weirdly, the cable looks like it did not come off. if i turn the lock, it see it move if i take off the grab bar. I have roadside assistance so i will take it to the dealer. FML

Can't it be "picked" somehow? Can you reach in there with a little screwdriver or something?
