We be goin' to the Reggae Night at the Hollywood Bowl on Sunday!    :cheers:  I think I'm out on Saturday as well.  Then we're out of town next weekend ... maybe next one after that!

We were actually planning on riding both days. Saturday morning, and going up Sunday afternoon to watch the GP race.

Let me know which you want to do and we will figure out a meeting time.

Saturday riding some local stuff with friends - Crestline, Lake Silverwood, Glen Helen, Lytle Creek. Leaving from San Bernardino.

Peter, you're welcome to join us if things don't work out over there. Just let me know if you want to ride that far and I'll send you the details.

And after all that, I'm out.

Reason:  It looks like I am having eye surgery to correct my vison (not lasik--it's a procedure where they implant a new lens in your eye). So, I cannot wear my contacts until i see my surgeon, and i have new glasses but no sunglasses blah blah...so, I am out for this weekend.  Sorry!! Have fun!

Thanks all. This is very exciting. I just learned that it looks like I am a candidate for this. My vision is so bad. This could mean that I will be able to ride with no glasses/ contacts. I'm meeting with my surgeon I think next week. It's a relatively new thing in the USA. I found a dr who does this to pro level athletes. It takes about 15 minutes per eye. More as it unfolds.
