Very cool meeting you, Jeff and April, thanks for inviting me along.  And nice running into you, Steve, up at Nuke's for deep-fried goodness.  I liked how the day started, not knowing there was a parade on Foothill and having to ride up and down the parade route a couple of times trying to get to McDonald's to meet you guys.  So many Ducs up at Nukes, and saw my first Brutale in person.  And April, please stop talking about Pro Italia's demo days - If I ride one I'll just end up finding a way to afford it so I can have an I-4 and an Italian twin (how many days a week do I really need to eat?). 

Definitely looking forward to more rides.  Don't know why I waited so long...

LOL I had a huge nasty red and yellow splat that hit my windshield and continued on my neck.  Nasty!    Took the bike to the coin-op wash right afterwards.

Ray it was great to meet you finally. Jeff, you did a fantastic job as leader. Nice pics! Can you send me the snowcapped peaks one? I may have it replace Eric Bostrom as my wallpaper for awhile.

Glad to hear that all of you had a great and safe ride. This coming weekend marks the end of little league baseball which will open up more time for me during the week and weekends. No more cheer leading for the girls either. I look forward to going on some of these up coming rides.

These guys rode scooters from Wrightwood to La Canada. They off-roaded through the closed stuff. The scoots were covered in mud. That was kinda cool

It's been almost one year since Ray's first ride with us.  Happy anniversary Ray!~

LOL that was a year ago.  I distinctly remember that ride.  Met Steve that day too when he randomly showed up at Nuke's while we were eating.  I remember "meeting" everyone online at beginnerbikes.com several months before that.  Remember when we all used to hang out on the So Cal section?  Seems like eons ago.  Anyway it took me forever to work up the confidence to come out for a group ride.  I rode solo for 10 months, especially on Latigo Canyon.  I figured after that road wasn't scary anymore I could handle a group ride.

Well I don't (no big surprise )! I remember lunch at Nuke's, then riding UBT to ACH to the picnic spot before the tunnel. Then some us headed back to ACH, others rode toward Mt. Emma Road. I remember meeting Ray briefly at Nuke's when we were leaving, but don't remember him riding with us. Did he join you guys over toward Mt. Emma?
